Lifecycle chronicles the struggles and triumphs of a 

multi-racial family when they are faced with the closing down of their iconic 

Bike Shop in the Hell’s Kitchen section of Manhattan. Enoch, an 81-year-old Latino hailing from Panama survives ageism, sickness and big business demands in a changing urban landscape. Through the support of Pat, his American wife of fifty-three years and his thirty-seven-year-old son Cary, his American dream is saved from becoming a nightmare.

I WALKED WITH HEROES

Robert Vandergrift walked with the heroes as a corpsman in WWII and Korea. PTSD caught up with him later in life. It was no match for the love and support of Anita, his wife for 52 years.
